We were afraid to order online but the best reference was the funeral home who said they have received numerous caskets from here and it is a highly regarded company. We decided to take a chance . I was pleased to have the funeral home confirm the casket had arrived on time and perfect. Mostly, I was also very pleased to see the great quality the metal was.
We purchased from another company first but after finding out it was coming from the West Coast, we got nervous and canceled the order. The funeral home referred us to here , saying they are local and deliver really fast. We called and it was the best decision! Casket was perfect and Joe delivered 5 hours after ordering, he heard the stress in our voice from the original company. So grateful to the funeral home with these amazing recommendation.
Joe was so easy to work with. The entire process took less than 10 minutes, and the casket was at the funeral home the next day. To top it all off, we saved about $4300 on the same casket, when compared to what the funeral home was charging.
