Before my mother passed, she gave us details of a casket she liked and the company she spoke with. We were all shocked. My mother passed and we called and spoke with Joe and my Mom’s casket was on hold and ready and delivered next day. That’s service and My mother had great taste, this was exactly what she spoke about and wanted! It was super elegant and so much nicer than the picture. Thank you Joe also for being so professional with my Mother, she spoke very high of you.
