I was sorta hesitant ordering it online didn’t know what to expect but we got a blessing from the funeral home, saying they have received many caskets from this company and they are the best out there. I received the exact casket I ordered. It was perfect for our Father. I also received a call to let me know that the casket was on its way and will be at the funeral home on time.
