Overall, I had a very positive experience with Casket Emporium. The had a huge selection of caskets that was good, pricing was fair, and the casket arrived in excellent condition. Customer service was responsive and helpful. I would use them again if the need ever arose. It was so much easier sitting at home and selecting the casket we needed, than in the funeral home being pressured by the Director.
