I had a great experience with Casket Emporium/the owner. The casket that I had my heart set on would not have arrived on time-he was very honest about whether he thought it would arrive on time instead of trying to sell me something during a very vulnerable time in my life which, to me, says a lot about him (mind you their shipping time frame is very reasonable- I believe I needed it in like 36 hours from out of state if I recall so I didnt give him much time to be honest). I was starting to feel disappointed/overwhelmed by the general process when a loved one passes and he began asking me the things that I liked about that one that would not arrive and he came up with an option that combined the things that I loved about that one with one that would arrive on time. We ended up doing embroidery, that I didnt even realize was an option, that I absolutely loved and felt very personal to our loved one. Most importantly, everything arrived on time and as described. The casket and embroidery were exactly what we ordered and came out beautiful. Thank you for listening and coming up with something that I felt very happy and comfortable with in a short time frame.

Casket was exactly what was advertised on the website. It was a beautiful cedar wood. The funeral director even commented on how nice it was. Delivery was personal, , no shipping containers , no packaging and handled professionally straight from their Massachusetts warehouse. We will tell all about this Amazing company.

Casket Emporium was a blessing. Our Father was a unique individual and was always dressing different and had a great style. We wanted a different casket when he passed, not anything the funeral home offered. We found the Reflection series elsewhere but we didn’t feel comfortable with the company, something seemed off. We started looking around and found the Reflection series here and we called and spoke to the actual owner and he was kind, helpful and super friendly. We come to find out he supplies the other company. We were very with the entire experience here and my Fathers casket was the talk of the funeral. Thank you Joe and Casket Emporium!!
