This was my first time ordering a casket online and Joe made the process so simple. The casket arrived next day and in perfect condition. The entire family and everyone that came to the service was absolutely impressed with the beauty of this casket. I ordered on Friday before 12 and we received our brothers casket Saturday Morning. The color of this casket was true to the pictures I saw and the pictures Joe texted me. Thanks for all your help, in helping me bury my brother in such a nice casket.
