The Casket was delivered on time as promised. The Funeral Director said the casket came straight from the warehouse and wasn’t crated, it was wrapped very professional. Positive experience during a dark time.

I was a little worried about ordering something like this online however I was completely satisfied. I would like to thank Joe for his excellent customer service and product. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends in their time of need.
