   Couldn’t believe we could find a casket so inexpensive. We were on such a tight budget and wanted something nice for my mother. We started online shopping and once the little chat bot popped up, I answered. Little did I know, the actual owner was on the other side. He answered all my questions, no hesitation. We then spoke on the phone and he is doing all this while delivering caskets. I just felt so comfortable with him. Just knowing he is delivering and handling everything, I felt my mother deserved that. I felt like family and not just a sale. Well this casket was so beautiful and my Mother looked like a queen. Thank you so much Joe.

   I ordered this casket to be delivered next day and it was delivered same day ! Very excited and 3/4 less than what the funeral was charging for the same product. Joe heard the panic in my voice and delivered same day and we are very satisfied with this company.
