The Funeral Home in Flushing New York, tried every scare tactic in the book. Saying it's Fake and not real. This was a real deal Batesville Casket and had the warranty and labels. The Funeral Home markup was 2 times more than here. Joe helped me all the way through and the casket was immaculate upon arrival. The funeral home played every game in the book for us to not buy online. Please do your due diligence before falling into the funeral home trap. Don't sign and look elsewhere the markup is way too high and the savings are great by buying here. Thanks Joe for this beautiful casket and on time delivery as well.
