Found Joe (owner) via online searches while planning for my mother's funeral. Contacted several providers and got some very sketchy vibes so was about to give up before I reached Joe. We were spending a significant amount on the casket (although a fraction of what the funeral home was trying to sell us) so it admittedly felt like a bit of a risk to go with someone found online and 'sight unseen', but I can hand-on-heart tell you that Joe delivered a beautiful Batesville casket on time and as agreed.
