First time I ordered an online casket. Very nervous that it would be a mistake. Funeral home told us it would be fake. Well not only was it a real batesville it had all the warranties. Joe was also prompt and patient with answering all my questions. The Family was pleased with the price which was significantly lower than what the funeral home was charging. Joe delivered the casket on time too. I am very happy I purchased from this company. Highly recommend.

We were hesitant to order through Casket Emporium, but the savings of $4000 was enough. We wanted Batesville and only Batesville. The funeral home didn’t think we could find one and we did right here at Casket Emporium. We received the warranty and all. The casket we received was beautiful and the same we saw at the mortuary. We are very pleased with Casket Emporium.

My father passed away and the funeral home in China Town New York had over top prices!!!! We originally picked this casket but looked online and found the exact one here and much less in cost. We went back to funeral home and they gave us every excuse in the book …DO NOT SUCCUMB TO THEIR DEMANDS AND THREATS!!! It’s against the law and we have the right to buy online. We are so happy and grateful for Joe and all the help he provided. We saved $6000 and that is a lot of money saved. If your are reading this ..PLEASE DO NOT BE PRESSURED INTO BUYING FROM A FUNERAL HOME!!! The same exact casket is being sold here.
