The funeral home tried to convince us to buy from them and gave us every excuse about buying from casket stores and the casket not having a warranty and so on. Well not only did the Batesville warranty come with the casket, it’s the exact model they had in the funeral home. You can buy any casket here with the upmost confidence! This casket we received for our loved one was beautiful, had all the features we were looking for, and was far less than the cost of the casket at the funeral home and it arrived the next day! Thank you for all your help.
