Each time this casket , was just what we ordered and delivered same day each time, per my request. As always we will always buy from Casket Emporium, when the time comes.

After the funeral home I was working with was unwilling and unable to help me with costs and casket prices. I looked online and after several disturbing calls found and I called Casket Emporium for advice on purchasing and delivering this casket. Joe answered and couldn't have been nicer, breaking down the complicated process in simple terms. I think it says so much about Joe that he was generous with his time even though I wasn't yet a paying customer, other companies were trying to rush me off the phone. This was A+ customer service and A+ casket. Highly recommend to everyone in need of a casket.
