The casket was delivered as promised. It arrived on a Sunday, so we can have the service as soon as possible. I appreciate in this time of need , that we have an alternative to the over pricing the funeral home was charging.

Price was exactly what we wanted. Delivery was same day , Joe felt our stress after dealing with another company who said they were “Local” when in fact they weren’t. Thank you for helping us and being so kind. We really loved the details on this casket.

We are thankful for Joe and Casket Emporium for very efficient and responsive experience for a very difficult time. Our original order from another Company was so called delayed!! We looked elsewhere and found Casket Emporium and their large selection of caskets. We found another much nicer model and less in cost and called and spoke with Joe and he assured us of no delays and he was right . He also explained to us all the other companies and where they ship from and how!! We 100 percent did not want our Dads casket on a large trucking company delivering it. We are so grateful for Casket Emporium.
