After reading the blog about why you shouldn’t buy from Costco. We bought from here. The casket came quicker than buying from Costco Caskets and it’s easier to buy from the vendor and not a middle man in Costco. We saved and the casket was perfect.

The Chat line opened and I responded , little did I know it’s the OWNER and not a Bot. Joe did great job of providing information that resulted in an instant decision to buy from Casket Emporium. He has excellent customer service!! This was a great color casket.

My father wanted a black casket. Those were his wishes before he passed. We looked together online and found Joe and Casket Emporium. He spoke with Joe and when my father hung up, he was a man that was very skeptical about everything, he said to Me that's a man who will help! My dad passed a week later and Joe was here with the casket and also to pay respects to my father. That little gesture meant the world to me and my family. When you’re on a tight tight budget, you look around for help. Called a couple of companies and they advertise free delivery, NOT FREE OVERNIGHT !! Well we called here and Joe took care of everything!! Best company for caskets online .

Placed my order and the casket arrived next day. I did go and view it in person and it was a beautiful casket. Out of all the things I had to take care of for my fathers funeral, this was the simplest. Thank you casket emporium!

My brother forgot to order a casket. We spoke with a couple of companies and to get the casket on Saturday was very difficult, high high costs and not sure if they can do it. We then spoke with Joe and he was on the way to the bronx with caskets and he said not to worry the casket would be there on Friday and this was Friday Am, when we were speaking with him. Not only was it there Friday, it was 1.5 hours after speaking with him. There was no High Costs and it was delivered personally, didn't have to wait for a courier , nothing. The Funeral Home said they were happy because there was no material at all, just like ordering from them. Very professional company and A+ affordability.

I ordered for it to be delivered next day and it was ! it was about a third less than what the funeral home was charging for the same product. Satisfied.

Our funeral was Saturday morning, we called 4 other companies and nobody could deliver in 1 day without overcharging us. Joe not only helped us in less than a day but didn’t ask for extra money. Casket was exactly what my brother would have wanted.
