Joe always answered the phone for any questions. 
After ordering , I asked for same day delivery , which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND , that was no problem and the casket was here 2 hours later, Everything was as promised.

This casket was such a nice white color and it was delivered in a timely manner. I will use again when needed and will recommend to others also. Through a difficult time my experience with Joe and Casket Emporium went very well.

Side note.. your driver in Los Angeles was FANTASTIC!! We just loved the white glove , personal and no materials delivery.. it was straight from the warehouse to the funeral home.

Easy ordering, fast delivery service and more importantly the casket I ordered for my mother was even more beautiful than the pictures. Well made and when the funeral home compliments the casket, you know it’s right. One less thing I had to worry about while planning her funeral.
