Joe's Casket Emporium was great. Joe was very responsive to our questions, and provided extremely helpful recommendations in aiding us in the selection of a casket. The casket was delivered personally and arrived on time - without a scratch. The prices were extremely competitive as well.

Fantastic customer service. Perfect casket for the size we needed. We are 100 percent sure that Joe doesnâ€™t sleep, he answered all my calls and texts all hours of the night and day. Thatâ€™s service today. He was amazing, we used to buy from another company but now we have Joe and are extremely happy.

Another online company and it showed up and was the cheapest looking casket I ever seen and the director even commented about the qualityâ€¦ we retuned it and looked elsewhereâ€¦we found this company and the quality was 1000 times better and Joe made sure the casket was personally delivered from one of his local warehouses , so we had the funeral on time.. Casket Emporium has great quality caskets and Joe was so helpful.

Thank you for all the help you provided my family. We needed a nice casket but due to the size we needed , our choices at the funeral home were very limited. We looked online and this company was the only one who had a nice selection of bigger caskets. Joe was very helpful and the casket was delivered rather quickly and it was really nice quality.

Joe's professionalism and service during an extremely stressful time were exemplary and compassionate.
We saved so much $$$$ on our purchase, and with specific sizing requirements, I was able to
beat the Funeral Home costs by a few thousand dollars.
Joe's suggestion for my purchase was spot on! We chose a Navy Casket from the Gemini Series. It was a beautiful Casket and well constructed; I liked the photo, but it was awesome in person.
