We were looking for an American made wood casket. The funeral home has used this company for some of its casket purchases and said to call and ask for Joe. We called and spoke to Joe and he guided my Mother and I through the whole process. He was very patient through the whole process with my Mother and we were so happy with our purchase. This is a beautiful casket. We are super happy with Joe and casket emporium.

ll admit I was a bit skeptical given this was my first time buying any casket, and was concerned about buying something like this online (i.e., damage, delays and/or outright being scammed). Needless to say I was VERY pleased by the service, price and communication by Joe. Casket was delivered on-time (to Virginia, with short notice) and in great condition. Highly recommend.

The casket I ordered on a Wednesday night was delivered to the funeral home by 5pm Thursday. Instead of being called Casket Emporium, this should be called Amazon Emporium. This was faster and easier than ordering from Amazon. I called spoke with an actual owner and squared away the delivery and casket was here next morning! Joe is the best!!

Found this company online and glad I did. I wasn't going to pay the costs at the Mortuary. I did a little research and came across multiple companies. Didn’t feel comfortable with free shipping, coupons, all felt like a sham. Spoke here with Joe and I felt comfortable right away, He has great prices and amazing customer service. He followed up with phone calls and kept me in the loop the whole time. This was a well made wood casket and excellent quality. You can't go wrong with buying a casket here.
