Excellent service, Joe was fantastic! The casket arrived as promised and in great condition. He made a difficult and confusing time so much easier. The funeral home tried to discourage us from getting from an outside company stating they could not insure the casket. Well not only did Joe hand deliver the casket without materials, the funeral director was shocked at the professionalism. Talk with Joe before ordering from a funeral home, he is super helpful!!!!!

Online was easy to purchase. The Customer service here was quick to respond to our phone in questions and delivery was very prompt, next day!!! The casket is as beautiful as the picture shows and delivered in perfect condition.

I started looking for a casket before my father died and found this site more appealing and easy to navigate than others I had already researched. I picked out this casket that I wanted, Called and spoke with Joe and it was such a great conversation and the entire process was done in a very timely manner and I received my fathers casket in less time than I expected. Easiest transaction online.Joe's customer service was great! The casket prices on this site are less than what’s offered at funeral homes, with a better selection and much nicer caskets too. If needed we will use Casket Emporium and Joe again.
