My mother passed away unexpectedly and I was devastated and emotional. I contacted Joe at casket Emporium and I was nervous about ordering a casket online but he walked me through it. The casket was delivered in 2 days as promised and it was beautiful. I ordered the Mother's casket and everyone loved it. It saved me $3500.00. I'm telling everyone I know to use Casket Emporium! Joe went above and beyond to get the casket for my mother delivered on time and without damage after another company , who claimed to be local, never showed up. Joe was here 3 hours after ordering. Little advice to anyone ordering online, try to buy from someone who delivers personally and doesn’t count on couriers to do their job!!

Received on time and was such a beauty of a casket for my Mother. The mixture of white/ pink was such a nice touch. This was a lot nicer than the ones the funeral home was showing us.
