This casket was ordered on Wednesday and was delivered on Thursday. It was the exact color we wanted for our Mother, we didn't even have to pay Express fees for next day delivery, that other companies were charging. Also your driver was excellent in unpacking the casket and waiting for us to inspect the casket. From start to finish, the customer service here was excellent and a perfect Pink Casket for my Mother.
