My dad actually picked out this casket a month earlier and we were told to call Joe and he would handle it. My Dad passed and I followed the rules and called and the casket was here next day. This casket was perfect and beautiful. The process was easy and everything went off without any issues. During an extremely stressful and sad time, this part of the process was made so simple. I’m impressed with how Joe handled everything.

When we first saw this casket, we all said Dad immediately. It looked more beautiful in person than online. I was very impressed. Joe was excellent and was extremely patient with answering all my questions. To top it all off , he personally delivered the casket.
