I just want to thank you for all of your communication and timeliness for my father's casket last week. It was a fantastic quality, and better than I would have imagined it to be. You went above and beyond each time I reached out (which was more than it should have been, since I was stressed and paranoid). Thank you for such great customer service in an industry that really has a strong emotional stress on it.

Joe...I just came from my cousins funeral and I have to say, his casket was one of the most beautiful things I've ever remember seeing. Thank you for helping us ship the casket to Ghana in a timely fashion.

Our sister passed. We went to the funeral home and we didn’t like any casket they had. They were cheap looking. We heard you could buy online. We looked around and nobody could ship to Jamaica but this company. We found this beauty of a casket and Joe handled all the shipping and my sister looked like a queen in this casket.
