When my father passed away, my family thought I was crazy to think about purchasing a casket on-line. I took a leap of faith and was quite pleased after contacting Joe from Casket Emporium. He was fair, compassionate, and efficient. He sent me pictures while on the phone and helped my family select the right casket. I definitely felt the pressure from my family because there wasn't a second chance to get this right. The casket needed to be delivered the next morning. He accommodated the request and delivered a quality product on-time. He stayed in contact throughout the process and answered some silly questions I had in a professional manner. His customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend his service.
