Joe was great from start to finish. The employees at the Funeral Home wanted to know where I bought the Casket, it was so much nicer than the caskets they have. My order arrived to the funeral home and I went before they opened the box and it was perfect, I took a picture to show how well this company operates. Thank you for making something so difficult, so much easier.
