Our original casket purchase from another company didn’t show up because FedEx screwed up a 3 day shipment and they were unable to deliver. We called here and Joe helped and personally delivered an even better looking casket at a better price. Excellent commitment to customer service in a time of need.

When purchasing online, it’s better to buy from someone who handles the deliveries and not Pawn it off on a common carrier who doesn’t care about the casket.
