I wish I could give 10 stars!! It is a difficult process when planning a loved one's final arrangements, however Joe made the process very easy and way less stressful. He was very prompt in addressing all of our needs and concerns. He delivered on time. When he call back to follow up to insure the delivery went well, that just the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this company. Job well done Joe. I can't thank you enough.

Excellent customer service, we tried another company who we thought they were local, we found out they weren’t.We then spoke with Joe and our stress was eased, with one phone call. Joe was excellent to work with. Ge was helpful and informative. We placed our order Monday Am and the casket arrived by 4:30 PM , same day.
The casket itself was exceptional quality and a fraction of the funeral homes price. My entire family was very, very pleased that we were able to give our mother the funeral she deserved. This was a beautiful casket.

The order was handled professionally and delivered personally by the owner. The casket was delivered the same day as ordering. The prices here are very reasonable. We also felt more comfortable buying here as there are no gimmicks , such as free delivery, 10 percent off if you live here , we felt it was straightforward and thats the way it should be. We also as a family felt it was easier to work here as they are the only company who was local, we did not want our Mothers Casket flown and drove all over America. Made one call , felt comfortable, placed order and casket was here next day.This was a super elegant casket for my Mother. The funeral home called me to tell me that the casket arrived , that it was personally delivered. He was shocked!
