I was thrilled with the product, which far exceeded expectations. Delivery was personally and we got the white glove treatment. The casket arrived on time, no materials , straight from a real warehouse. We chose this company because others use couriers, airplanes and don’t even touch their caskets. We spoke with Joe and felt comfortable because he actually handles his products. We loved this casket for our Mother.

I trusted another online company to ship my Aunts casket from California to New Jersey and it never arrived. We were in a panic and didn’t want to buy the overpriced caskets from the funeral home. We started to look again and found Joe and not only is he local .. he said he would deliver same day and to only pay when he delivered.
