The price was just right. We have seen this casket elsewhere online. Most companies wanted to be paid right away and then ship 3-4 days. We felt it was pushy. We called here and not only he could deliver same day..he didn’t want to be paid until delivered and inspected. We were impressed. Joe was here 30 mins early and the casket was ready for us to inspect. The funeral home was happy that there was no material left. There was none, this was straight from the manufacturer to the funeral home. This whole experience was excellent.

After shopping at the funeral home and online extensively, I found a beautiful casket - White Cross/Lords Prayer- for my mother at a very reasonable price including the shipping cost. Joe, the owner, is very kind and easy to work with and his communication throughout the process to delivery kept me informed throughout the process. Even with a delay because of a winter snow storm, the casket arrived on time and in perfect condition. I'm so thankful I found Joe & Casket Emporium to ease the stress during a difficult and sad time.
