We called at 2:30am and Joe answered and listened to all our concerns about delivery and the right size casket. He assured us , he personally delivers and to not worry because he will be there when needed. He was right on time with delivery and the casket was perfect for my sister. The color was exactly what we wanted. Joe was an angel for our family in our darkest time.
