I was initially nervous about ordering a casket without being able to see it, so I called and spoke with Joe. He said he handles all his caskets and he could send me live pictures of the casket. That made me feel comfortable because other companies couldn’t do that. It looked identical to the pictures on the website. The casket was perfect. Joe was exceptional on the phone and with every aspect of delivery and timing.
