   Saved a lot of money buying from Casket Emporium. Wanted a Batesville and it’s exactly what was delivered. Didn’t want a Chinese knockoff casket or someone who claims their USA made..Batesville is the way to go , the Cadillac of Caskets my father was put to rest in.    Chun Fook Funeral Home tried talking us out of buying from online, that nobody online has Batesville. Well not only does Casket Emporium have Batesville but Joe saved us $4200.00 and personally delivered the casket and only accepted payment when delivered. Please call them first!! Truly class act of a casket company.

   Happy we found this company. The funeral was charging so much for this casket. We were told nobody has this casket, well not only did they have this casket, the serial number matched with the funeral home. This saved us so much. It was perfect when delivered and inspected and paid. When looking online , Don’t get bullied by funeral homes, there are other options out there. This saved us so much money. Happy customer.

   Couldn't believe I got this casket for 30 percent less than the funeral home. They tried telling me I couldn't buy this online, Wrong the funeral home was. I found the same one here and it was delivered really fast and the serial numbers and warranty all match up. Thanks Joe

   Funerals are already tough, but they're made worse due to stress from demanding, opinionated Asian relatives, very specific Asian customs I have never heard of in my life and the unplanned financial burden.
   
   No joke, I was stressed beyond belief. Costs were piling up quickly and I felt like if I kept making compromises, I wasn't going to be able to fulfill the deceased's last wishes.....until I stumbled upon Joe.
   
   Joe reached out to me constantly throughout the process to make sure I got everything I needed and even gave me advice on how to handle certain issues during the process. Joe works hard for you because he understands how hard this time can be.
   
   He helped me with a selection of caskets that fit the deceased's wishlist in a wide price range so there was no financial pressure to go expensive. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe to any friend or family, because he goes above and beyond what his job entails.

   Where do I begin? Joe has been extremely helpful throughout thus process. The casket at the Funeral home was so expensive so I did some research came across this site and so happy I did. Joe made sure to send photos of any caskets I was interested in. He made the process go smooth. The casket was even personally delivered and packaged securely. I didn’t have any issues at all. His customer service goes above and beyond. I will be forever grateful for all of Joe’s help and would definitely recommend buying a casket from this site.

   We found this company after the funeral home quoted us a ridiculous price for this casket. Joe promised to deliver this casket in time before Thanksgiving weekend and he did. Beautiful casket for my beloved Father and it was priced $4800 more at the funeral home. We are happy we found Casket Emporium and purchased from here. Definitely will recommend to family and friends who are in need of a casket.

   We are very happy with our decision to purchase this casket from here and not the funeral home. The funeral home had an identical casket but at a much higher cost . I’m glad I decided to call Joe first, to compare the price, before buying the casket at the funeral home. We have saved well over $5000 by buying the casket for my grandfather here than the funeral home.
   
   Side Bar:
   This funeral home tried to bully us with buying from them , with so many different excuses and reasons. Just please call Joe and he will help and straighten out the funeral home with their stories about Outside Caskets. This was the same CASKET they had but significantly lower in cost.
