I ordered my mothers casket at 8 am. I received a call at 8:30 am confirming my order, while making note to all the requirements the funeral home in Queens New York requested. It was delivered and received at the funeral home within 24 hours. It was a huge savings off the funeral homes cost of Batesville caskets. Thank you Joe for all your help.
