I wanted to thank you for the assistance and excellent service provided in our time of need. The website was very helpful and the price comparison to the funeral home was so great. The casket was identical to the one the funeral home had and the savings was over 75%. The service, on time delivery and cost savings in buying the casket from here was well worth the decision to buy online and not buy from the funeral home.
My father passed away and the funeral home in China Town New York had over top prices!!!! We originally picked this casket but looked online and found the exact one here and much less in cost. We went back to funeral home and they gave us every excuse in the book …DO NOT SUCCUMB TO THEIR DEMANDS AND THREATS!!! It’s against the law and we have the right to buy online. We are so happy and grateful for Joe and all the help he provided. We saved $6000 and that is a lot of money saved. If your are reading this ..PLEASE DO NOT BE PRESSURED INTO BUYING FROM A FUNERAL HOME!!! The same exact casket is being sold here.

We were hesitant to order through Casket Emporium, but the savings of $4000 was enough. We wanted Batesville and only Batesville. The funeral home didn’t think we could find one and we did right here at Casket Emporium. We received the warranty and all. The casket we received was beautiful and the same we saw at the mortuary. We are very pleased with Casket Emporium.
