I was in the process of ordering from another company. Our funeral for our mother is Thursday and the funeral home wanted it at 10am Wednesday, besides the high cost of overnight shipping , I was little concerned with timing. My sister found this company and not only was the casket ordered and delivered same day, the owner did it all himself. I was so surprised as was the funeral home, Joe was flat out fantastic. Last minute order because another company failed to deliver, Joe was extremely helpful and courteous. Joe came through for us when costco.com failed to deliver. Please buy direct and not from one of "Costcos Vendors" , they ship faster and actual handle all caskets. Joe gave us great advice and we will tell all. Great value, great service, beautiful product.
