I was in the middle of ordering my fathers casket from another company that was recommended to me. When I called the other company not only they are priced higher than here but we couldn’t receive the casket next day. Casket Emporium accepted my order online via their website and shipped to the funeral home in a timely manner. I was informed of the delivery via the tracking number.
