Everything was so easy. Joe answered my questions, made suggestions, and had the casket ordered Friday , delivered on Saturday. There were phone messages and text notifications to let me know the status of delivery and when delivered. And I saved at least $4000 instead of buying from the funeral home. This service is priceless and they provide excellent caskets.

My mother died and I knew the funeral costs would be high, but was still shocked by the casket prices charged by the funeral home. A quick online search convinced me I should at least consider having a casket delivered. I can’t say enough good things about Joe and the Casket Emporium. He was responsive, kind, and helped me find the right casket for my mom. He knows the games these funeral directors play, trying to make you doubt the quality of a casket you can have delivered - and he patiently answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He personally inspected the casket and his team hand delivered it to MA - on time, and as promised. The casket was solid mahogany and arrived in perfect condition. Even the funeral director commented to me how nice the casket was. It was beautiful. I am glad I took the leap of faith and ordered from Joe. He was incredibly helpful and reassuring, and at the end of the day, I am glad to write this review because it can be hard to trust online reviews sometimes especially if they’re all positive. Well, I can now see why all of the reviews are positive for this company!! I will be telling my friends and honestly cannot recommend Casket Emporium highly enough. They are providing quality caskets, made in the US, at reasonable prices (the casket my mom is buried in is likely 20% the cost of a comparable casket from the funeral home).
