I was particular while choosing a casket for my father- I wanted a black casket with gold trim. I was delighted when my online casket search showed Casket Emporium and Joe answered my call. He was pleasant and kind, and his communication was thorough and effective. He texted me a variety of styles in the color I asked for and I chose the Delta Black. The funeral home tried scaring us into overpaying. They used a saying you wouldn’t bring a steak into a restaurant. Well this is not a steak, it’s my father, and we couldn’t see ourselves spending 4x the amount, than pictured here,Casket was stunning and we saved $2000s ..Joe hand delivered it next day and my father would be really happy we didn’t overspend.. Had worries about ordering online. We read horror stories, lost caskets, damaged caskets, head panels wrong and boxes damaged. Funeral home gave us horror story after story. But we wanted Black and Gold and the funeral home didn’t have it. So we looked around and found Joe and he more than excedded our expectations!!! Casket was perfect!!! Service perfect and casket was there on time!!! No issues..great company.

The funeral home even said , if they hand deliver to buy from them, they have received online caskets from other vendors , like Costco and they are always damaged. Joe cares and when the actual owner delivers your casket, you're in good hands.

I was very concerned about getting the casket in a timely manner , after speaking with another company. Not with Joe ,delivery was not an issue and the price was 50% of what the mortuary was asking. Would definitely recommend, I recommend because this is a local company who makes sure Caskets are delivered on time.
