My uncle died and before going to the funeral home, we decided to shop for a casket. We saw some companies but nobody could duplicate Casket Emporium service. Just for the fact, we didn't have to pay until we saw the casket was delivered. He also personally delivered the casket. We went to the funeral home and told them we bought online, after his tantrum, he said we have to be here to inspect. Well while we were making arrangements, Joe showed up with this amazing casket and the funeral director was shocked. The first thing he said where is the courier , he WAS THE COURIER!! No cardboard and no mess, the funeral director was SHOCKED!! Thanks JOE , so much for your service.
