Thank you for a perfect product for moms funeral. A little side note, I never answer live chats on websites but something told me to answer you and I couldn’t believe a live person was there. Not just any person, the actual owner who also personally delivered the casket. Talk about great service!!! If you don’t buy here, your doing a disservice.

Customer and delivery services were excellent in responding and answering all my questions. Large selection of caskets to choose from and we chose this for my mom. It’s much nicer in person.

He helped me clear the order mishap from West coast. I bought a Beautiful resting Bed for my mother. Joe gave me his word that it would be there exactly on time. I was going to order a casket on Costco and after I did ,I was called by the company that supplies their caskets. THOUGHT THEY WERE COSTCO CASKETS ALL ALONG, I guess I was wrong. That they cannot deliver to Virginia fast. My moms clothing had been selected & flowers coordinated with my original Costco casket. I was so upset as the Costco casket page was lieing about their delivery. I got online and searched caskets and found this much more beautiful casket and Joe can in fact deliver in 1 day and we were so happy. A terrible situation due to Costco Caskets was made brighter by Casket Emporium.

When I first saw the first draft, it wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned. Joe listened to what changes I would like. And said he had it. Because of time, I had to trust him.
