We have been following Casket Emporium and others on Facebook and other Social Media outlets, after seeing posts from others . My father passed recently and we felt Joe and Casket Emporium was the most professional company. Some reasons, he actual handles his caskets, personally delivers, doesn’t have a group of people answering phones and you always get the owner. He also takes pride and makes sure his caskets are pristine. We saw this casket on one of his videos and we wanted my father buried in it. His videos sold us and my family.THIS CASKET WAS PERFECT!!! While making arrangements, the director showed us a bunch of caskets. While they were all nice, I wanted something better for our Mother who was our Queen. We decided to look online. Really nice caskets everywhere but we didn’t want 18 gauge, 20 gauge. We then found Casket Emporium and HERE IT WAS! We saw videos of it, pictures of it and it was Stunning. It was Our Mother!! When my father passed we wanted something that stood out and showed the type of person he was.We looked around and found this perfect casket. We loved the red interior and it was IMMACULATE!!!! The casket was more beautiful in person and we could not be more happier with our selection. Joe made sure the casket was wrapped and safely secure and it was delivered 1 day after purchase. I was so amazed at how beautiful this casket looked in person when it arrived. I could not have asked for more from a company. The casket arrived on time and in perfect condition. Joe was extremely professional and answered all my questions that I had when I called. Everyone in attendance at my Fathers service continuously complimented how beautiful the casket was and how nice the red interior was.
