First time I ordered an online casket. Very nervous that it would be a mistake. Joe was prompt and patient with answering all my questions. The Family was pleased with the price which was significantly lower than what the funeral home was charging. Joe delivered the casket on time too. I am very happy I purchased from this company. Highly recommend.
