Casket arrived on time and was a nice affordable casket for cremation. We are happy we went this route instead of renting a casket which was more in cost.

Given the circumstances we were in, Joe was mindful and helpful. Delivery was on time, we needed the casket fast due to Cremation laws and Joe was able to deliver on Sunday. 10 star professionalism here.
