My family and I are very pleased with the product and service Joe provided! We found out from our sister-in-law on Monday afternoon that we could purchase a casket online. We looked online and found 3 casket companies. Two of them charged prices comparable to the Funeral Home price. Casket Emporium saved us $600.! Joe is very professional, kind, and helpful. He sent us pictures and spoke with us on the phone. He doesn't charge any up front or hidden fees. He personally delivered the casket to the Funeral Home at the promised time on Thursday morning, When I tried handing him the cashier's check upon arrival he wouldn't even accept it until after we saw the casket. We received several compliments on our Dad's beautiful casket at his funeral on Friday! We will definitely recommend Joe to others! Thank you, Joe!
