This was an awesome experience. It was a trusting the process by purchasing from here. The casket we purchased for my brother was perfect in color. It looked just like the picture on the website. My family was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery and the quality of this product. The funeral home tried to talk us out of buying online because of damage and late delivery they have received from others. We had problems getting this casket from Costco, I called here and Joe assured us of the delivery and the casket was here and was just perfect. Delivery was super quick, and on time.ordered. After speaking with Joe we were told, that Costco doesn’t actually stock caskets and that they buy direct from vendors like Casket Emporium, strange that they advertise like they own of them. Now we know the facts, we will recommend everyone to buy direct and not go through the Costco middleman. Thank you Joe for all your help , professionalism and guidance.
