We were immediately treated with respect and professionalism from Joe. We had a few questions which he answered. Thank You Joe for taking an already difficult situation and making it under the circumstances a pleasant one.

When we stated telling everyone we bought a casket online, they couldn’t believe it. When we also stated we received the casket next day, again startled. Highly Highly recommend working with Joe and Casket Emporium.

   We originally bought from another company but their common carrier severely damaged the casket. We were stuck and a family friend said to Call Casket Emporium and ask for Joe. We did and we are so happy we did. The casket was here next day and in perfect condition. My grandmothers casket was so beautiful. We are so happy we called here. This is a superb company to buy caskets from and to talk too. Joe was excellent to work with.

   Where do I begin? Joe has been extremely helpful throughout thus process. I came across this site and so happy I did. Joe made sure to send photos of any caskets I was interested in. He made the process go smooth. The casket is even personally delivered and packaged securely. I didn’t have any issues at all. His customer service goes above and beyond. I will be forever grateful for all of Joe’s help and would definitely recommend buying a casket from this site.
