After reading about Costco’s mistakes with caskets, we wanted a direct seller process and that’s exactly what we got here. We cut the middle man of Costco who doesn’t actually manufacture/ nor store the caskets but buys from vendors like Casket Emporium. This was a great total experience buying from here. This beautiful casket was delivered same day as ordered to the funeral home and it gave the director plenty of time for them to prepare our Dad for his homecoming.
