I found Casket Emporium with a Google search and discovered they were the only Casket company that was actually located in New York, others claim to be but they actually fly or use common carrier. That was a big No to our family. We didn’t want our Dads casket to be treated that way. This casket was just what I was looking for. Joe was friendly and helpful. He checked inventory and made sure it was available. He personally delivered next day as well. Thank you!

Great company! Joe was very sensitive to the situation and timing because we were using the casket for cremation. Delivery was quick, the casket was beautiful, and very high quality. I saved money and it was less than actually renting a casket from the funeral home.

Joe was courteous, friendly and professional. Working with him was truly one of the easiest tasks we had to complete at this time. We are happy we were able to find a nice cremation casket instead of using the dirty rental casket we were shown.
