We originally ordered from another Company and they sent the wrong size casket we needed. We kinda think on purpose so they could make money on restocking fee, that’s another story. We were in a state of panic and the Funeral Home said to call here, they will help and have what we needed. We did and Joe was amazing, helpful and the correct wood oversize casket arrived next day. We highly recommend you call here before ordering from another company.
