Pieta/Last Supper

I was experiencing difficulties with the funeral where my brother was, the selections of caskets were awful and they were charging ridiculous prices. My sister gave me Joe's number and I contacted him. Joe was patient with me explained my options, sent pictures of casket options, and delivery schedule. He also gave me insight on what the funeral home could and could not do. Even when the funeral home continued to be difficult, Joe went out if his way to ensure the casket I ordered was delivered and I was satisfied. He was a lifesaver at at difficult time and showed compassion. I would recommend Casketemporium to anyone during their time of need.

We didn’t want my fathers casket to be delivered or shipped. We had a request to do this ourselves. Joe accommodated this by allowing us to go to his warehouse and pick out the casket and take it to the funeral home, we are forever grateful for this. Thanks for all your help.

We were pleasantly surprised! It was actually better than pictured and arrived right on time. I would not hesitate to use this company. We were a little nervous at first, but learned quickly they keep their word. The same casket was $2800 more at the funeral home. Casket was ordered Sunday afternoon and arrived Monday 2pm.

Joe is truly compassionate and dependable in tough situations when your family is in need. Was amazing, extremely reliable, and went out of his way, did everything possible to ensure a smooth, efficient, and orderly experience. Thank you for everything Joe.

We ordered at 1pm Friday afternoon. The funeral home called us Saturday morning , to say the casket was delivered and it was fine. That was faster than any other company we spoke with and even Amazon! It pays to deal with the company owner Joe. This was a big stress reliever working here. Casket was PRISTINE!!!
