Joe went out of his way to make sure the casket, I ordered for my brother arrived to the funeral home next day. He followed up with me on the day of delivery and sent pictures and videos. The funeral home we were using was marking up this casket 2 times more than here. He called it their exclusive casket in their package and we found the exact one here and we saved and it was delivered rather quickly. Highly recommend going direct instead of the funeral home.
